Founded by Fowlan Allen, BSN, RN, Lonestar Wellness & Aesthetics was created from a vision to bring wellness, recovery, and aesthetics together in one intentional space. Sarah is a registered nurse with over 13 years of experience, and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nursing. She’s certified in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. Her goal is to help women feel confident and refreshed--whether it’s your first time exploring aesthetic treatments or you’ve been getting injections for years. Sarah enjoys helping each client enhance what makes them uniquely beautiful.

Carmen is a proud generational Fredericksburg local who brings both experience and heart to her work. Hair has always been her true passion, and she values the opportunity to serve the same community that shaped her.
She specializes in creating beautiful, healthy hair that fits each client’s lifestyle, from dimensional blonding to rich color and refreshed cuts. Every appointment is personal, welcoming, and designed to leave clients feeling confident and cared for.

April brings more than two decades of experience, along with skill, creativity, and attention to detail, to every manicure service. Her work reflects a commitment to quality, precision, and a polished finish that feels both elevated and personal.
